Your satisfaction is always our priority. We know that it is very important for you to order a dress for your special occasion. However, please note that our dresses are made to order, we will process the order as soon as payment received. Once the tailoring process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:
1. If you ask for order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel it for you and give you full refund.
2. If you ask for order cancellation within 24-48 hours after payment. We only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee. Because your order is processing by factory 24 hours after your payment.
3. No refund 48 hours after the payment, we will not accept your order cancellation.
Refunds and Exchanges:
What kinds of condition can be returned?
1. If return problem is caused by us, we accept return and refund you in full. Please check the followings to know more:
If you received a damaged product, we accept return;
If the product you received is not the color you ordered, we accept return; (Color may vary by different monitors, so a little color deviation is normal.)
If the product you received is not the size you ordered, we accept return. (1-3 centimeters difference is normal, we do not accept return)
(1). Return request will not be accepted by personal preference.
(2).The dresses with quality issues like wrong Size, wrong color, wrong style, and damaged condition are fully refundable. We offer 100% Refund, or re-make one, or return 50% if you keep the dress. But if we make the dress according to your specification, it turn out to be wrong, we couldn't accept return and refund. Hope you understand.
How should I do if I want to return a product?
1.Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving products, here is the email: email@example.com.
2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defective products within 24 hours.
3. Your email will be processed by our reviewing department within 2 working days.
4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full.
5. After the final investigation, the product must be shipped out to us within 3 working days(customer assumes the shipping cost). Only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
Notice: For the returned product, please make sure they are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and clean.
6. If return or exchange problem is caused by yourself, we will not accept return.
